A NAIL-BITING DRAW
Both our CUWLC teams fought until the end at the 108th annual Varsity Lacrosse match against O*ford. Even on unfamiliar soil, Cambridge managed to shake down their competitors, with the Kingies securing a massive 12-5 win over O*ford, and the Blues putting on an amazing display of stick work and dedication to the game. The close fought match, resulting in a 10-7 win to O*ford, demonstrates just how equally matched both teams were. With the mens' teams securing a similar spread of results, this brought the overall result to a draw. Home turf next year is sure to promise another round of action packed matches - we can't wait!!

DOUBLE WIN FOR CUWLC & OVERALL WIN FOR CAMBRIDGE
The 107th annual Varsity match against Oxford University was held on Saturday 25th February. After an exceptional day of lacrosse, Cambridge University Womens Lacrosse Club came out on top with two wins - with Cambridge being the overall Lacrosse Varsity winners for 2023!
